You just need this choke from humminbird wired between the charger and ignition battery. It eliminates rfi feed back from the maximizer in the trolling motor. The new mega di transducer comes with it. Also if you have a ultrex, change the 3a fuze in the head to a 5a.

You can install isolation switches between your charger and the batteries to remove it from the circuit.

This is the choke that humminbird make to isolate from the charger and it works. I dont know the part number as it came with mega di transducer. Its not the one on amazon or HB website. HB was very helpful with our 360 rfi issues. May give them a call.
