    These boards are great for random logic circuitry. My transducer lift is a random logic design. I made it work with relays and switches. No electronics except for the china made power supply. Today's graduate engineers would struggle to figure out how my deploy circuitry works. I love relays.

    I looked at a rack, but decided to use a cable. I built a miniature drum winch and used 1/8 inch stainless cable wire. The winch is inside the black box at the top of the apparatus. The cable is hidden in the c channel. I use switches to sense down/up positions and accelerometers (level switches) to sense transition positions.
