Thanks everyone for all of the input so far. I got home too late to even open the box last night.

You all have me thinking about putting the TD on something like the DaDucer. Cane Pole, I'll try to get a pic or two up this afternoon.

i am like Rickie. Keep the 3X for shallow water running at your high speeds for reading the bottom if nothing else. I use my 5 Elite for high speed running using 2d and lake maps on it in my 1648 along side a 7 HDI at the back of my 1648 jon and on the front, mounted to Rickie’s Da Ducer, a Helix Mega 9 “ for SI/DI and a 5” Hook for 2d and lake maps on it. If you have them already, use them.

My wife would go crazy with that many screens and no Netflix.

I should have a pic up tomorrow of my very temporary setup.

It is a cut down motorguide mount I had for scraps. Works good. The transducers shown have been replaced with the hdi transducer.

I don’t think it will fit on any trolling motor
I wanted to use it on the troller but will have to mount on the transom or build a separate pole to mount it on
I have a Lowrance side scan on the back now that I don’t want to move until I can try out this Garmin to see if I like it

My TD is the CV52HW and it barely fit on the Edge 45.
