Bought two navionics + cards, one for each unit. The card for the helix 12 down imaging loaded right up and works fine. The card for the helix 12 KVD the first time I tried it said loading charts for about 8 hours. I downloaded the card again and stuck it in there and it says no charts. I updated the depthfinder about two weeks ago and it says it's up to date when I start it up. I also had my girlfriend take the card to her store and she says there is data on the card. I'm thinking it's something with the depth finder. Any body ever had this happen?

No I did not switch the cards between units. And when I stick it in the computer everything seems fine. It downloads and says your card is ready to use. When I put it in the Helix KVD i got a loading charts message the first time, which was on there for hours. The second time it said no charts.

Try and switch cards around between units and see if the issue is the card or the sonar. If its the card contact [email protected]
