Can't wait to get my hands on one of those contraptions.. A Long time fishing Buddy of mine (Dad) has the componets on order to make me one too.. 48" flourecent bulb inside schedule 40 clear pvc.. I hear it works well.. It may be a couple weeks before I get my hands on one.. I will post the result shortly there after...

I have a hydro and it does draw in the plankton and minnies. my problem is the lack of crappie. I am going to post on the main forum for ideas.

Default Results
Tried the new hydro light out last Wednesday night and needed help taking all the fish off the hook.. Well, I might be strectching the truth a little but I could of used more bait.. Stayed til I ran out of 6 dozen bass minnows.. Took a couple pics with my phone but none of them were very good.. Heres one that fell for my trickery..
