The lake level was normal and a temp of 76. The color had a funky green, like a alge bloom. There was fireworks trash all over the lake. It looks like it had some sort of a natural disaster. Managed a few crappie. All released for another day.

Hi.
I fished Sunday morning on the the Lodge side of the lake down towards the dam in mostly deeper water. I only caught three bluegills, and three crappie (small!).

With the dirty green water, I'm wondering if they were maybe up on the flats in shallower water?

Anybody ever have much sucess shooting docks and pontoons at Acton? That is gonna be what I try next trip over there.

You know, I've never tried it there... The docks
mostly are temporary, and not to deep at that.
But hey, that may be where they are hiding!

I do know I was seeing small shad jump to avoid
the bigger fish - at the first flat past the docks,
so that may be the missing link!
