Default BCC East Frok

How did it go? Someone at the ramp this morning said Yates won it. Just wondering how it went since I wasn't able to fish it myself.

I was out this morning and finally got into some good ones. Lost an absolute HOG too. They didn't seem to turn on till around 9 am, but once they did I used 3 dozen minnows in a hurry. Good to finally get some stable water and find them where they oughta be. Next week oughta be fun for the Boars Head tourney after the Crappie USA boys beat 'em to death for the whole week. Good luck to all those fishing the regional. And congrats to Yates and Daniels, again. Is there anyone who can beat those two fishing together on East Fork?

It was 70 degrees when I left the lake at 11:00am. But I'm sure that two days of bright sunshine have changed that. With the temps they are calling for this week there is gonna be a decent rise in water temp. It had to come sometime I guess.

I hope not.

We did get some rain today, some of it was pretty hard but I don't thonk it will do too much to the lake (I hope). The lake looked pretty good over the weekend and levels have been pretty stable over the last week. I just hope it stays that way.

For you guys coming from out of town, here's where to look.
look @ W.H. Harsha (that's the name of the dam at East Fork)

Good luck to all.

Yep... Yates and Daniels kicked our buts again! Fishing was very tough! We prefished weds and caught 5 fish over 12 1/2 inches one was a little over 13! But tournament time couldnt buy a big fish biggest was 11 1/2 and the rest under 10! Good luck to all fishing this weekend at the Crappie USA. Will probably be at the weigh-in! you can find all the results at www.buckeyecrappiechallenge.com

Cant say exactly where but was using large minnows slip bobbering. Fish were 8 to 18 feet deep depending on the time of day/light penetration, etc. Channels with timber! Hope that helps
