I am going to west branch for the first time. I have heard that this is a hard lake to figure out. Can someone help me with a good place to start on the lake? I know that they (crappie) are going to be in the wood. Should I stay on the no wake side of the lake? I will be out on Fri. I have a 17ft starcraft. What ramp would you suggest I put in at, since I have a larger boat? Are they all concrete? Also are there any shallow areas that I should look out for? I have the map from the DNR no Gps. Any help will be appreciated!! I am taking my daughter out for the first time, I don’t want her to get skunked I need a new fishing partner!!
