I've never fished it myself but my son and a friend has once and said they caught several nice size crappie.
Here's a little info on it. Hope it helps you out..
HIGHLANDTOWN LAKE (Columbiana County)—182 acres, electric motors only
Channel catfish—Yearling channel catfish (9”) have been stocked during even-numbered years
since 1994. A total of 4,851 yearling channel catfish were stocked in 2008. An excellent
channel catfish population has developed from these yearling stockings. Harvested channel
catfish averaged more than 18”, based on 2005 creel survey results. OUTLOOK:
EXCELLENT
Bluegill—Bluegill were sampled (3”+) by electrofishing during spring 2007. Twenty-two
percent of the bluegill measured were 6” and longer. No fish exceeding 8” were sampled.
Bluegill averaged 6.6”, based on 2005 creel survey results. OUTLOOK: GOOD
Largemouth bass—There has been a 12” to 15” protected (slot) length limit since 2000. The
removal of some of the many bass less than 12” has benefited both the size structure and
condition of the bass population at this lake. Night-time electrofishing surveys were
conducted during spring 2007. A very healthy 65% of bass sampled (base size of 8”)
exceeded 12”. Also, an increasing (11%) number of the bass sampled measured 15”and
longer. Catch and release opportunities for fish within the slot limit should continue to be
excellent. Twenty-eight percent of angler hours during 2005 were devoted to bass.
OUTLOOK: EXCELLENT
Crappie—Even though they may be a little hard to find, black crappie average nearly 10”. Focus
on downed trees, fish concentration structures (call our District Three Office for a map,
which shows structure placement), and around the old submerged bridge near the center of
the lake. We sampled a relatively small number of crappie during our fall 2008 trap-netting
surveys. Eighty-five percent of crappie measured (5”+) were at least 8”, with 23% of the
fish sampled also reaching 10” and longer. OUTLOOK: GOOD

I have never fished it myself but have heard some great reports especially during hardwater. I have a buddy who spends every ice covered day he can there.
