How Do You Keep The Pvc From Falling Over Before The Concrete Sets Up

How long does it take for these to hold fish?

i mixed the concrete so that the consistency was not watery at all. when you stick the pvc in it doesnt move at all, and once it dries you can literally pick the structure up by the pvc pipe and throw it!!!!!

Should only take a few days. Some say the next day they will have fish, and some say pvc takes a little while to attract fish. IMO, should just be a few days to start holding some fish.
