The brush pile days we have here in Oklahoma are organized, funded, and ran by the local corps offices at our area lakes. Contact the local corps office at any of your area lakes and tell them you want to do it. If they want some direction tell them to call Corps of Engineers - (918) 443-2250 at Oologah Lake. They will be happy to advise them on putting one together. The key though is fisherman participation. The corps supplies all equipment and supplies but the local fisherman provide the labor. It is a great time and we catch a TON of crappie off these piles. Good luck!
