    My pond has got started with moss/algae allready. Anyone have ideas on what to treat it with that works?

    2 12 in long steril grass carp per acre. They have kept mine perfectly clean for several years.

    The wise answer is to contact a pond specialist or the SCdnr.
    Normally grass carp prefer leafy vegetables and not filament algae.
    We used Cutrine...about 22 bucks a gallon. Never kill more than 1/3 of the pond algae at a time or the algae decomposition causes oxygen depletion (the more smaller treatments the better).
