Default Hot sauce?

What's your favorite hot sauce, mine is Scorned Woman made by Oak Hills Farms, not overpowering hot but sure has a great taste. Put a few drops in my catsup and perks up the fried crappie.

Texas Pete or Louisanna. Our favorite dipping recipie is kinda off the hip, goes like this: 1 part catsup, 3parts hot sauce, juice from half lemon, 1tablespoon of malt vinegar and a dash of garlic powder. Friends and wife love it.

I prefer a little horseradish in ketchup with my fish though.

Ketchup on crappie?

Blasphemy....

So far as hot sauce goes, Gib's Mo' Hotter Bottled Hell is my favorite when I can get it. Frank's if Gib's is not available.
