I really like the Franks Chili Lime Sauce. Anything much hotter than that for me and the back end doesn't do so well the next day.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, rather to skid in sideways, body used up and totally worn out screaming 'WOO~HOO what a ride!'

    Tobasco for eggs

Frank's or louisiana for pork BBQ

    Cholula is great..

Cajun Chef red hot sauce on fried fish is awesome (but mild)
