    Default Frying Crappie Filets

Back around superbowl time there was a recipe in the paper for chicken wings, using crushed Pork Rinds for breading.
Has anyone tried using pork rinds for frying fish filets????

Yep, I've done that.....I mix half-and-half crushed pork rinds with parmasan cheese. I whip up some eggs in a bowl.....dip the filets in the egg then into the pork rink/cheese mixture.......then into a hot skillet of olive oil. It is wonderful.

Yea, to me the plain ones have a better flavor on the fish.
