    Default Crappie alfredo

    20 crappie fillets
2 packs of dry alfredo mix
    1 stick of butter
    1 bag of prefered pasta
Preheat oven to 350,then butter up a baking dish and lay the fillets in it.
Then spinkle one pack of alfredo mix evenly over the fillets then cut up the butter and spread it around the fillets. You can also add garlic.
Put in the oven and bake till fish is done. When the butter melts it will make the sauce.Next boil yhe pasta and make other pack of alfredo sauce.
You can mix the sauce with the pasta or you can just leave the sauce in the pot and add as you like.It is pretty good and if any one knows how to make it a better way please let me know.

Sounds good FDC. I love seafood pasta recipes. Gonna put this one on my "to try" list.

Sounds delicious. The next time I get a mess of crappie I am going to have to try this one. Thanks for posting this recipe.
