Default brining a turkey

Tis the Season

How many brine their turkeys before smoking and does anyone have any suggestions on ingredients to put in. Maybe some other ideas on how you smoke your turkey.

Do brine it, even if not smoking! It makes it so moist.

Try this one, I made it last year, you'll be cooking it every year from here on out.

No problem. It is great, no more dry breast meat. And thanks for the comments.
