    Default HELP! Need recipies for...

Peel 'n Eat shrimp with potatoes and corn on the cob. I was asked to fix it for our men's ministry at church, I just want it to be good. Thanks in advance.

Need 1 to 2# headless/Person or 1½ to 2½# head on/Person, unless they are Cajun, then it will take a whole lot more.
Crab boil, lemons, onions, whole heads of garlic cut across the center and the whole put in plus some Tabasco. If you have to use the loose crab boil be sure it is in a cloth sack so you won't be chomping down on the seeds.
Bring the seasoned water to a boil, Drop in the Potatoes,Corn, and maybe you want to add cauliflower, artichokes, mushrooms and maybe some sausage. Let boil 'til vegetables are barely fork tender then drop in Shrimp for another 8-10 minutes.
Drain, spread out on newspaper covered tables, have paper towels, ketchup, horseradish, Tabasco and lemons for each to build their own dipping sauce. After the meal wrap up everything in the newspapers and place in trash. Then how about serving Lemon Icebox Pie for dessert to end the meal with different taste.

    Default Shrimp

If you want shrimp, I like the to have mine on the grill.
I get enough large or extra large raw shrimp so each person can have 7 to 8 shrimp. then you need a package of bacon. Cut each strip of bacon that you are going to use into a size that will wrap around the middle of the shrimp. Then stick 7 or 8 shrimp on to a wooden stick until you have the amount you need for your group.
Then when ready put them on a grill and cook until bacon is brown on one side. Then turn over to cook the other side. Put your favorite B-B que sauces on the side that is brown. Flip again when that side is brown and put the sauces on the other side.
I really like it this way.
