    I'm not sure why but have never reused oil after frying fish. We do in the fry daddy after fries so why not fish.

    Painter, I have some medium mesh paint strainers I am going to try next time. You should have access to plenty of those.

    yea hawk there handy for a lot of stuff i like to use them in the garden shaking seven-dust not bad to strain paint with either

    Baked or blackened crappie will save on ALL that oil and stuff. lol
