Default Shrimp Salad (Not Crappie But Delicious)

Shrimp - 3lbs (already cooked)
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
Leamon juice (squeeze plastic ones) 2 large or 3-4 small
Lime juice (squeeze plastic ones) 1 large
garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
3-4 of hottest peppers you can stand ( I use habanero peppers )
1 bunch of cillantro - chop up tops (leaves)

Mix everything & put in fridge for 10-12 hours until cold.Eat with tortilla chips,then drink the juice mmmmm

I think you could substitute cooked crappie for the shrimp and still have a good dish. A long time ago I experimented with dipping some finger size pieces of crappie in a little sugar substitute and salt. Dipped them in some batter you'd use for shrimp and fried them. With some seafood sauce, they tasted pretty close to shrimp.
