Default Perch Roe prep and cook

Anyone have any good recipe for Perch Roe? I know I have ate it before but I have no clue as in the preparation and cooking of the stuff.

Thanks

As long as there is no "consumption alert" regarding fish eggs (roe) ... here's all I do :
roll'em in yellow corn meal and fry them just like you do the fish filets - you'll know when they're done ... the bright yellow color will turn a flat yellow, and that shouldn't take more than a few minutes, tops.

Just a word of warning, though ... make sure that the egg sac isn't busted open and the eggs are draining out !! You put that into hot grease, and you're going to have "fireworks" in your skillet ....
