Thread: tartar sauce recipes for fried fish

ZESTY
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup horseradish sauce or 1 tsp horseradish
1/4 tsp garlic powder
3 tbs. pickle relish
dash black pepper

GOURMET

1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. dill pickles, chopped
2 tbsp. stuffed olives, chopped
1 tbsp. onion, grated
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. capers
1 tbsp. lime juice or lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
