Default Quick Crappie chowder

I have a great recipe for Crappie chowder but for a quick lunch:

prepare a can of Campbell's potato soup per instructions on can. When it's hot add two cubed crappie filets (about 1" cubes). Cook for 3 min, s&p to taste. Very filling and will warm you up on a cold day.

I will post the other recipe later. Enjoy. (I did today)

Default Chowder

I can't imagine the fish would cook in only 3 minutes. After adding milk to potato soup you probably should not let come to a boil.

Just before it reaches the boiling point I add the fish. It will cook real good in 3 min. Much longer and it falls apart.
