Thumbs up Frying onions with fish

Finally tried this and it was awesome. High recommend it.
Onions were sweet and tasty. I put them in with the breader but only a little bit of it stuck. Was still really good though.

Thanks to whomever put that out there.

We do onion peddles with our fish. We do the them just like it will be a blooming onion.but cut the bottom off the onion. And that leaves us the peddles of the onion. then dip them in buttermilk and egg. Then dip them in the meal and flower.
There so Good. Its hard to pass up eating more onion then fish some days. LOL

Mr. Pete, if you're able to come to the crappie camp at Sardis, I'd like you to tutor me on this one.........it sounds mighty good.

Looks like it will be spring time. As of today we are working on a benefit for our daughter in law. She has cancer. And its that weekend. So looks like we will be doing 4 whole hogs and about 200 yard birds for that. And then a few other things to build for the auction. but she is worth it. I only hope God allows us to keep her for a lot more years..

I always put a slice of onion in when I fry fish or potatos. I love that flavor.
