Default Spicey Crappie

Wash and dry fillets throughly
Place in a bowl and drown in texas pete hot sauce
Dump a few large handfuls of corn meal into the thing you bought at bass pro (you know the breader that flips)
Add enough old bay seasoning to change the color of the corn meal to a light orange
Add 2 big pinches of garlic powder (not salt)
Mix throughly
Heat oil to 360 deg
Put a few fillets in the flipping thing and flip a few times
Place coated fillets into oil (when they float their done)
Repete

Serve with slaw or potato salad and fresh onions and tomatos
Ice cold beer is a nice added treat
If you have hush puppies with this dont forget to add the japlapinos (Minces fine with no seeds)
