    Default Power air fryer oven

Got the power air fryer oven last night. Done first batch of crappie and fries. Am very impressed, tastes great. I used 2 racks and cooked 10 filets. If I used all 3 racks it has, could probably cook 14-16 filets at a time. Bread and season like normal, then lightly spray with a can of olive oil. Hit the fish button, cook for 15 minutes at 390. With the fries, load em into tumbler. It rotates while cooking like a rotisserie. Hit the French fry button and it takes care of it.

And the biggest test- the boss approves.

Where do you put the hog lard?

No seriously I am going to check em out. I just get to lazy to heat the grease sometimes...and I know my arteries could use the relief.
