    Fixed some crappie fillets by this recipe yesterday...turned our great!

    yes sir we have strayed off in that area a few times ourselves , yet another panko version that is mouth watering good

    Well i tried it, and i did enjoy them. But there were too many things competing with the fish flavor in my opinion.
    Given the choice of a Taco or Crappie, the Crappie wins out with me.
    So ill just take it plain, and fried. Next best thing to a walleye shore lunch way up north.
