Boil till the bone will pull out . Put in pyrex bowl and cover with bbq sauce . Bake for 45 mins on 300 degrees . Back in the day I bought home just under 500 a month teaching / coaching . Everything got eaten . Deer lip sandwiches are good also. lol

My son just shot a deer (bow)...he sliced the thin meat off of the ribs then sliced into 1/2 to 3/4" wide slices for philly steak sandwiches....cooked some today for quasadeas...very good.

Cut the ribs so they will all fit in a large pot. Boil till the meat falls off of the bone. Dig the bones out of the "broth". Add garlic and onions, salt and pepper. Cook slowwwwly until meat is tender. Serve over rice. VERY GOOD!!

slice the meat out of the ribs and either throw it in the grind pile or tenderize and slice for fajitas.
