Thread: Essentials for very FIRST fish fry!

Absolute SUCCESS!!! Awesome! We ate fish all day long: Crappie, Walleye, White Bass, & Striper. Man that was some great stuff!!

I got lazy and purchased the Cajun Injector fish fry mix and it was everything I expected & more. Sides = Hush puppies, fried okra, corn on the cob from the grill, salad.

Now my only problem is that I still have thawed fish soaking in the fridge! Can I re-freeze for another time or do I need to cook it today?
