Just finished eating some crappie which I caught yesterday out of Lake Cumberland. Now, either my taste has changed (could be) or there is a difference. In the past I have always enjoyed the taste of crappie rolled in cornbread/flour mixture and deep fried. Today, I was a bit disspointed as I had cooked up 10 good size crappie and found the taste, well, best way to say it, wasn't there. So got me thinking...have I changed or is there a difference in clear water east KY vs muddy water west KY?
