Nothing quite like a pan of fresh fried crappie for lunch today.....both fillets and bone-in (which I prefer). :D

All I'm missing is the aroma. My mouth is watering just looking at the picture.

That's enough to provoke me into going fishing, looking good there, good eats.

Gotta get me a propane tank for my fish fry and get on it.
