Default Sunday Lunch

Nothing quite like a pan of fresh fried crappie for lunch today.....both fillets and bone-in (which I prefer).

Yummy Yum Yum Man thats just what I had today.Caught fresh Thursday at Lake Norman. Big weather change kept me home this weekend...Should have took a pic of mine too...Goooood Eatin There.......

That looks downright appetizing. Instead of a little segment in a few outdoor TV shows dedicated to cooking your carch one of us ought to just come
