Make some fried crappies...Make your favorite white gravy, can be kind from bag if needed, and smother those filets in that gravy...OH Lord, had some last night and the white gravy was an accident...It was so good I was dipping the crispy crappie nugets into the gravy as kinda like a dipping sauce.
