Thread: strange but good

I'm an ol east texas boy kindda like my crappie rolled in cornflower and fried but my wife asked me to try a new recipie for a little change so i did and it turned out pretty well so i thought id share it with ya'll

1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 cup graded parmisean cheese
1 tsp lemmon pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
shake of garlic
6 eggs

mix all your dried stuff together dredge your fillets in eggs dip em in batterand fry in skillet with just a little oil on each side for about 2 minutes make a few homemade french fries to go with em and man what a meal not me favorite reciepe for crappie like i said but something good for a change i know it sounds strange but if you try it you'll like it
