    Smile cooking crappie

years ago, we met some guys at Weiss Lake. We got to become really good
friends and they cooked supper for us one night.
they took the fileted crappie and dipped it in egg and milk mixture and then rolled it in Kentucy Kernal. deep fried it and it was delious!
It has become a way of fixing our crappie for our fish fries.

    Thumbs up kentucy kernal

it is a type of flour. You can find it in the flour isle at any supermarket. It is in a red box. It really makes crappie taste good.
