TennCrappie Hillbilly Beans
1 lb of Burger, Sausage, or Deerburger ( You have 3 different flavors just tinkering with the 3 different meats)
Three 1 lb cans of pork and beans (I like Van-Camps)
5 oz of French's Mustard
1/3 cup of worchester sause
1 teasp garlic salt
Brown burger and drain, then put in pot or kettle
Pour beans in colinder and wash off beans juice, when washed off, dump in pot with meat until all 3 cans are washed.
Add, mustard, worchester sause, and garlic salt.
Add water until it is soupy
Cook on medium heat or where it is just barly boiling or bubbling for 1 hr
Taste test in 30 min and you may have to add a little more mustard till it is tangy to taste. some like it a little spicier than others. Side effects come the next day at work. Enjoy!!!!!!!! Serves 4-6 May have to add water as it is cooking. Don't burn!!!!!!

That sounds good man. I like to think I can cook and walk the walk and talk the talk into recipes and have success but there is something to be said for simplicity, ease of making, and end results and we do that here as often as gettin complicated about it.
We may well come from similar backgrounds where we were eatin right without the help of Emeril, the Cookin Channel, and a spice rack with no end. Good one man.
Break out the crackers and some friends!
