Thread: New Contest, easy contest, picture contest. This goes through end of April 2011.

This was truly a joint effort. We were fishing Big Sandy this morning and each had 4 poles out. Of course, the minute I turned away to get a new jig, one of my poles bent over. Paul grabbed it and handed off the pole to me while he went for the net as I was reelin her in. 2 lbs 8 oz. Woo Hoo!!!

Those are good pictures. Keep 'em coming. I'm sitting back and enjoying this one.:p

I agree. I like this contest. I might have finally come across a good format for a contest. Clean, simple, with good participation, and good pictures. We may see more of this type contest, we'll see how it goes.

I thought that I would give this a shot. Debi caught this one on 16 April 2011 out at Thunderbird Wish we had gotten it weighed on a certified scale. Denver Corners was closed when we headed home. So, we put this big on our digital scale at home and guess what. The scale said 3.0. I didn't even know what the lale recored was. But there is abigger one out there because I saw it on my line about the time that the jig let loose!
