Thread: Anybody fishing

Just wondering if any body has been targeting Crappie or gills in the southern California area. I have been at Perris catching redear and gills but no crappie. Saw a guy catch two the other day.

I haven't had any crappie luck lately but here are some bluegill my dad and I got the other day. Also here are a few slabs of mine and a buddy caught over the last couple months.

We caught 8 last weekend at Cachuma. All fish were 1 1/2 plus.

Do you fish Cachuma from a boat?

where is everyone no new post in the last 30+ days ??
if not for the T.V. show Cops one would think you were all fishing.
or did California fall in that big water puddle just a little west??

The crappie are hard to find. I don't have a boat so it is hard to find the schools and no where close seems to be getting a fall bite. Everyone is switching to trout.
