Well Cali finally joined a bunch of other states and is phasing out lead wheel weights!!!!!! You guys and gals who pour better stock up while you can get them.

How come everything I buy in Virginia always has a warning label from California? Who gives a crap!?

Cali law states that anything containing lead in it has to have that on the package. I have a friend on another board that I get the old Zonar lures from (just like the old Silver Buddies) and his package has it on it too.

When I was stationed out in Cali I couldn't order from to many places since I lived in Cali. Luckily I know enough rednecks in Missouri that makes lead heads and they just sent them to me.

It isn't just fishing lures. Everything I buy now, shampoo, grass seed, hawg jaws and chittlin's, it don't matter. Theres always a notice from Cali on it, and I feel like who gives a rats rearend? Ain't my fault all the labels over there are in spanish and people drinkn' paint thinner mistaken it for corn liqueur. We know to sniff the jar before sippn', don't need no label.

Hey Guys I live in Cali, and agree 110% with you. There are so many do-gooders out here it's not funny. Every one of my hoobies will get some one upset. Real soon there will be no more lead shot for our shotguns, will have to us steel shot. Thats why I have been looking for a new shotgun. I do have a supply of lead jigs.
