Smile Any thing going on?

Is any body catching anything? Crappie, Gills, Bass. Trout anything?
This board has been a little slow, just wondering what everyone was doing.
Fishing in general has been a little slow for me. Fresh water getting a few crappie each time I go out. Nothing to brag about. Been out fishing a little salt water. Getting a few rock fish that about it. The flaties are in the bay here at Avila Beach. I haven't been able to hook one yet. There is a ton of bait in the water too.
Let hear a fishing report from you.

Did Cachuma again yesterday for about 75 crappie for three of us, average size 12 inches to about 15 inches being the big one. We left em biting, and caught in 12 feet of water on any color jig we used. Left the lake at noon, because it was too hot. Go get um. Mikey
PS I released all my fish

Sounds like nice fishing. I hit up Perris on 7/30/08 and caught one decent bluegill, my brother- in-law caught five. It seems to be slowing down there. I tried to fish the rock piles off the island with a jig for crappie but had no luck. If any one knows any good spots to fish there besides off the docks it would be much appreciated.

Where at Cachuma are the crappie biting. How deep?
