    Default Xi5 trolling mtr stabilizer

Just wondering what kind of good ideas are out there for a stabilizer for an xi5. I have seen the troll tamer and the one made from a ram mount, I'm not to crazy about either one.

I just bought the same trolling motor Saturday. I was looking at the RAM. What issues are you seeing?

I think it would work just fine I'm just not crazy about the style of the ram mount. And I may just give up and get one. Lol have you got to use yours yet?

I really like mine it is very quiet and smooth the only thing when I turn off the anchor mode I have to click the anchor switch and then click the constant switch according to the manual I shouldn't have to touch the constant switch but it is no deal at all. It is very accurate in the anchor mode and to be able to jog in any direction is a great feature also.

I long line trolling so I'm really looking forward to being able to repeat some drag if I get into them. I always hope to get close but now with this equipment I should be right on them.

Gotcha let me how that works out, I'm want to learn how to that also, I hear that's a great tactic after the spawn.
