    Anyone have the new flipping reel that they came out with this year?

    Is ardent the brand or model? I dont think ill ever see a need to not buy a diawa or shimano, very good products.

    Ardent is the brand.They are made in the USA.I use Quantum reels and carrot sticks.The new reel that ardent came out with is just for flipping.It comes with the drag set at22 pounds and it not adjustable and has a norrow spool and no level wind.
