Default 7/10/08 gravel pit

Caught this big girl today on el cheapo crankbait I had (the only bass bait I had with me)released her to be caught again,it measured 24"s long and a girth of 17"s,I figure around 8 lbs

Doubt that fish is pushing 8, but its a toad nonetheless.

Going by the length and girth conversion measurements,didnt have a scale,heres another pic

Default heres one

This fish weighed 9.75 on a certified scale,the dimensions were 24"s long and 18"s in girth,so I guess the conversions are pretty darn close
