I wouldn,t just go away you might try to find out where their company is & atleast turn them into the (BBB) with enough complaints they might shut them down.

The owner saw this post on another site and responded on 6-27 that he would send out the order Monday and I should get it by Wed. It is now Friday night, and still no package. I am going to file a complaint with Paypal Monday. Maybe I will get my money back.

i never use paypal i can't stand them... i'd also call the BBB

File a complaint with your local police. I know, I know, but it seems that there is where it has to start. I would also file a complaint with the police in the town they are operating out of, or send a copy of your local police report to their local police.

This may result in nothing but wasted time, or it may result in this man being arrested for interstate wire fraud.

I would also file a small claim against him at your local court house.

I have seen Black Angel jigs on Texas Fish Forum and it seems like the owner moves around alot. I am sure glad I read this. I was going to place an order with him this week (he has a special going). It won't be to good of a deal if you don't get your stuff. THanks for the heads up..
