Hello fellow crappie fishermen. Found this board the other day and looks like a happening place. Guess you could call me a non-boater at the moment... had to sell mine to get out of a crunch. Hopefully will be back on the water soon. I'm already having withdrawls. If you know of a cheap rig please let me know.

Hello JRB and welcome. Appears you are in a good location for some crappie action on Conway. Maybe we will get a nightstalk together sometime and you can come meet everyone. Looking forward to meeting you. I live in NW Arkansas and fish Bull Shoals. You are welcome to go with me sometime (after the weather settles down). I am a short-time crappie angler, but a longtime fisherman, both salt and fresh water. Soon I will head over to Mt. Home where there is an active walleye club and begin to learn to catch walleye. Happy New year and tight lines.

Taking pictures keeps me insane!
Welcome to the board! Enjoy
Thanks Jack. By the way, I managed to quit the pipe. Likely saved my life, my BP was off the chart. Under control now. How have you been lately? I got a new Shakespere 9' crappie rod and reel for Christmas that need to get wet.

Hey JRB. You should looks up Coats80. He is from Conway and fishes a lot around there without a boat and does really well.
We sometimes have a get togethers were we all hook up and go fish and the no boaters jump right in. Check out the Spring Crappie Camp post.
