    Oh man I wanted to also mention.....The black rubber mat in my last photo, it is from tractor supply for about $20 and it is pretty big. That is the best cutting board I have ever used! The knife blade goes all the through the meat but does not penetrate the rubber. So that decreases the blade of knife dulling. And then above all else.....cleans up ULTRA EASY! Just throwing that out there!

    Nice idea. Old conveyor belt, tail gate mats, or horse stall mats work well also.
