Default Looks like great weekend fishing weather

The forecast really looks great for the weekend. Hope everybody gets to go fishing. I don't know where I'll be going this weekend yet, I haven't heard anything good from L. Monticello, and don't have any reports from C. Creek. Still getting good reports about Connerly bayou, but I bet it will be crowded this weekend. If I hear any reports tomorrow I'll post. Where is everyone going this weekend?

    A bad day of fishing
beats a good day at work.

DeGray and Greeson are both producing well and we've pretty much had them to ourselves lately, especially Greeson.

Went to Lake Monticello today. They haven't really fired up yet. We did manage to catch eight nice crappie on Rosy Reds. The best 6 of the bunch weighed a total of 10 lbs. They were really nice.

Thanks for the report Crappityme, and welcome to Crappie.com. Yeah the fish I've caught this fall in L. Monticello were really good fish, but just haven't been able to find any numbers.

Good luck on DeGray, get some waypoints from Jerry, to get some Ideas of where to fish. Give us a report on how you do. I think I'm going to Morgan Point tomorrow. They should be doing good by now.
