Is it any good crappie or walleye fishing around Hardy, Ark.?

The only water around Hardy is the Spring River and it's 58 degrees year round. It has lots of trout and some bass (smallies too). Might have some walleye because I know they catch some further east where the Spring and the Black converge at Black Rock, AR. I've not heard of anyone crappie fishing the Spring River that close to the head of the spring.

I would call first before I drug a bunch of stuff up there. They recently had some huge floods in the area that literally changed the landsape of the rivers and streams. I know the Spring River flooded bad as a coworker informed me the weekend after the flood.
Take care and good luck.
My mom lives in cherokee village, & she told me that the river got way, way up a month or so age. they got 11 inches of rain in 24 hrs. As far as fishing goes, there are a couple of private lakes in cherokee village, but i don't know the specifics of fishing / putting in on them. They are resevior's and the water is clear on them. Can't remember the name.
Thanks Everyone for ya'll's input, I better call some places about them crappie's and walleye..........Goodfishing
