Thread: river fishing

Can you guys give me some good pointers for fishing in the ark river, and what are somethings to look for, I am in the fort smith area.

Try fishing any structure (laydown trees / rocks ) you can find out of the main river channel.. backwater areas are preferred. You can do real good IF the conditions are favorable on water clarity and current. It's been pretty good fishing last week with the river down low, little current, and clear.

I have a soom good creeks where I live should I try them first? and the water is always real dirty what colors should I try
