Exclamation O T new boat syndrome

Just Wondering I see several new members have new rigs and was curious if you were as reluctant to put it to the test as I was the test being a succesful crappie fishing trip I tinkered with mine for several weeks making sure all was set up like I wanted at least that is the excuse I used the whole time I was fishing with my old rig waiting till I was pretty sure I could catch a few fish in that new rig so that it would not start out with the no fish JINX L.O.L. WE CRAPPIE FISHERMEN are strange lot according to the wife.

You mean if I have keep my old boat and was fishing in it I could be catching fish?
4 time out and no fish (including Norfork weekend before last)
But then I have been spending more time learning the new stuff then fishing.
Also the temps have been in the 30's and 40's.
