    Default Sunday in the pool

Went today and had a blast before the sun came up. Once the sun was up everything slowed down. Caught a limit but it took some work. Bigest fish was 2lbs and 10ozs. There were less people today that made it worth the trip. The bigger fish are starting to show up but you had to be in the brush to get them to bite. The bite was equal on Minnows and jigs.
    Beautiful day of fishing.

Congrats on the catch. I should have gone today but had other obligations (but I look cute in a house apron and with dishpan hands, so its all good).

Saturday was a busy day there, that was for sure. I met Crappieawlogist and what a nice Crestliner he's riding in. Congrats on that rig.

Here are a couple of pics to show you folks that know Dan's place.

Here is the line just to launch. One on the ramp, three in line. See the next picture.

Here is Dan in his formal Saturday morning bait shop attire. Notice the fine Italian leather loafers. I wonder where they found a camo cow to harvest that leather from.

If you look behind him, you'll see the number three person in line. Notice all the folks parked to Dan's left.

Here is a pic going the other direction.

Now, I would show you folks a picture of some fine crappie, but they was camera shy.:D Jig, minner, spoon and noodling shy too. I caught two dinks and gave them to someone on the ramp that pulled out behind me. They had two, but left with four. Sounds like a nice quiet Sunday dinner for a couple of folks. Provided you had plenty of tater salad to go with it.
Quit complaining about the color, just pull up your skirt and fish! -- snagged

MY MY Dano. You sure have some handsome fishermen come through your place. One in particular.

CP, I am going to the pool tomorrow afternoon. I guess that you will be in the woods trolling for deer.
